Who we are

This website (alexbandco.com) is operated by Alexandra Band, a Broker Associate with Compass, 200 Columbine Street, Denver, CO 80206. Questions about this policy can be sent to alexandra.band@compass.com.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, interest and message you enter, along with the page you sent it from. This information is emailed to Alexandra Band so she can reply. A copy is kept in secure storage with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for up to one year as a backup in case an email fails to arrive, then deleted automatically. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to provide the real estate services you ask about.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Spam protection

The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile processes limited technical signals from your browser for that purpose. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics, we will use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies or cross-site tracking. The site itself sets no cookies.

Embedded video and maps

Some property pages include films hosted on Vimeo or YouTube. These load only when you press play, and are then subject to those services’ privacy policies. Links to Google Maps open on Google’s site.

Server logs

Like most websites, our host automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent through this site by emailing alexandra.band@compass.com.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
